I am having a problem where a call comes in and it will not match my incoming called number . dial peer. I am switching them from an old fax solution to Xmedius.

Basically if I call XXX-XXX-1734 (one of their fax numbers) it will not route to the incoming dial peer I have configured. It routes to the default dial-peer 0 and I get a slow busy signal. If I call XXX-XXX-6211, it will ring to Xmedius and faxes can be made. It only happens on the 17XX numbers. I included the config and some debugs that I ran.
