Prompt Backup

Hi,

I have register a prompt for auto attendant via analog phone in SPA9000 6.1.5 (number 72255#)

there is a possibility to backup the audio files?

Hi Thomas;

Not possible. If you want to backup audio files, you need to record the prompt outside the SPA9000 and then load it. The SPA9000 Admin Guide explains the process.
