CDR by department in UCM 6

Hi Group,

Has anybody tried pulling CDR reports based on Departments? I've end-users configured with their Deparment names. When I am trying to pull CDR reports by department, it is asking for the UserID and not the department name.

I've tried pulling the reports from:

User Report >> Bills >> Deparment >> Asking for UserID.

If I give any user ID it shows me the CDR for that user and no option to see CDR by department.

That's by designed.

When running a department report, CAR will as for a user ID (which is the manager of the department). Then CAR will generate a report for all subordinates of that user.

The manager/subordinate relationship was established by the "Manager ID" in CUCM > User Management > End User. If CUCM is integrated with LDAP, this filed will be synchronzed from LDAP.
