Campus Manager 4.0.6 ( LMS 2.6 )

i deleted all of the deviced in the topology services view , and since the the data collection dont work

i cleared the DCR , yet the data collection remains idle and dont collect anything

any clue what is wrong

Post the ANIServer.log and ani.log.

They are found in NMSROOT\log where NMSROOT is the path into which LMS was installed.

Go to Common Services > Server > Security > System Identity Setup, and re-enter a username and password which has full access to all devices and all tasks in LMS. After that, restart Daemon Manager, then see if Data Collection works.
