Unable to hear Audio in Cisco IP Phone

I have CCM 7.0 (System version:

I have terminated PRI in the 2821 voice gateway & the GW is integrated with CCM.

ISDN is working fine...

The problem is: whenever i dial any number (mobile/landline) i can hear other party's voice, but he is unable to hear my voice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Is the router IP and the IP of your phone on the same subnet? If not, it sounds like the subnet of your phone cannot route to the gateway, either because of a routing problem or access-list problem somewhere.

They are on different vlan & the inter-vlan routing is perfect. IP Phones can reach to Voice gateway...any other idea..
