Cisco AVVID Alarm Service

On my secondary IVR the Cisco AVVID Alarm Service has shutdown twice and needed to be restarted.this is not happening on my primary IVR. Any suggestions on what cold be causing this? my IVR version is 4.0(5)

Try to do the following:

- Verify that AlarmNTService.exe exists in the C:\program files\cisco\AlarmService directory. If it does not exist, reinstall the CRA system.

- Make sure that the Cisco AVVID Alarm Service is running. If it is not running, register by typing this command in a command window: C:\Program Files\Cisco\AlarmService\AlarmNTService -Service
