Try to do the following:
- Verify that AlarmNTService.exe exists in the C:\program files\cisco\AlarmService directory. If it does not exist, reinstall the CRA system.
- Make sure that the Cisco AVVID Alarm Service is running. If it is not running, register by typing this command in a command window: C:\Program Files\Cisco\AlarmService\AlarmNTService -Service
