Hi,
We have CCM 6.1.3 cluster in a centralised call manager deployment.
We have a couple of remote sites and we use locations feature in CCM to do call admission control.
Recently, we have deployed IP Communicator to a number of mobile users. The mobile users move from one site office to another.
Now, we are faced with the challenge of how to do call admission control with a number of mobile users with IP Communicator.
Can you please share your ideas on how to handle this issue?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Bala.

My suggestion would be to use device mobility for those users, that way depending on the IP they user to register they will get the DP you configured for the Mobility config and the location can be set accordingly to the office.

Hi Java,
Thanks a lot for the most helpful information.
I think mobility should be the way we should be going, as you suggested.
Thanks again.
Cheers,
Bala.
