Hello,
an incoming call rings at the station (SPA3102) _and_ the phone.
Is there a way that only the attached phone rings and shows
the CID?
Or is there at least a way to change the volume and/or tone of
the station?
Regards,
Peter

Hi Peter,
You can change the ring sent to the phone: Voice tab > User 1 tab > Ring Settings > Default Ring:
Refer to the Admin Guide for additional details:
Available from: https://www.myciscocommunity.com/docs/DOC-2149
Direct link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/csbpvga/ata/administration/guide/ATA_AG_v3_NC-WEB.pdf
We have no other control over an analog phone, so you could physically adjust the phone's ring volume or turn its ringer off.
Regards,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
Thank-you very much for your answer.
As I changed in the same time the wireless phone which stood next to the SPA3102, I mistook the ringing of the basestation of the DECT-phone for bell of the SPA3102. But luckily your answer pointed in the right direction and the case could be solved easily.
Regards,
Peter
