Solved: IPCCX 4.0(2) SQL Issue

Hi all.

The issue is about IPCCX Cluster HA, 2 nodes cluster.

In the Data Store control center the following message appears under Agents and Configuration Datastores.

"Error occurred while performing the operation. The cluster information and subscriber configuration does not match.

The subscriber might be dropped (Please check SQL server log for more details). Administrator need to refer the documentation on how to resolve this issue"

Under SQL enterprise manager a lot of logs like the following appears

"WRN craCheckLastActions :Publication (cra_agent_pub) does not exist!"

Need help, please.

Try to de-activate and then re-activate the data stores on the SQL Subscriber box.

The issue was solved de-activating and then re-activating the data stores.
