Unable to Park/Forward a specific outgoing call, but ok for all incomings

Hello there,

We are encountering issue to park or forward a call to a remote office using GK/Trunk, but everything is working well when they call us.

All other outgoing calls can be park/forwarded too.

Using CUCM 5.1.

Any ideas?

That might be 2 different issue.

For the call park make sure you configured a valid call park range on every server in cluster, DNs MUST NOT overlap with anything else.

For call FW i'd start checking CSS and partitions

DNs are not overlaping in any case.

Actually I can not even park, forward, neither put the call on hold.

I checked CSS and partition but everything looks good. Espacially that when the remote office is calling me I can park/forward or put the call on hold.

Question: where the call is parked/hold when you make a call? receiving a call?
