No - it's not possible, with a basic license, you need a Security Plus license.

Subinterfaces are not available for the ASA 5505 ASA

I have been working on a configuration in which I wanted to do subinterfaces as well. I found that you can not create them even with having a security plus license.

Hi,
To my understanding you only configure Vlan interfaces on the ASA5505 just like a L3 Switch.
For example
interface Vlan10
nameif LAN
security-level 100
ip add 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0
interface Ethernet0/1
switcport access vlan 10
Then you either make physical ports on the ASA5505 as Access Mode ports on that Vlan ID or configure a physical interface as a Trunk
Configuring the Trunk will require the Security Plus License.

Sub interfaces are available on all ASA models and Next Gen Models EXCEPT the ASA 5505.
