Unity Express Voice mail Delay

I have, a cluster o CUCM version 5.1.3, with a NM of Unity Express, version 3.2, all work good, the AA work perfect, and the integration too, but, late of two week of the instalation, all the users that try to review yours voice mails, must wait about 20 sec, for the initial promt, and when and extention is forwarded to the voice the caller must wait about 20 seconds too.

Any Comment?
