I need know if is possible generate a report with historical data of utilization ports

I assume you're referring to something in LMS. Yes, this is possible if you are using the Health and Utilization Monitor add-on to LMS. The reports can be defined under HUM > Reports > Report Management.

No, this data is only tracked by HUM.
