Hi
I have a fault which one particular phone can receive calls but not dial out both internal& External Numbers
I have checked and the calling search space and partions config are all correct
Can anyone help with some pointers where I could look?

All the other phones work fine just this one that just suddenly developed this fault.
I have also deleted and re-added the phone with the same issues

Are you using extension mobility or are the lines assigned directly to the device. Check for unassigned extension number using the route plan report. What version of CM ?

No Extension Mobility the lines are assigned to the device.
