DCR Process Problem in LMS

When I try add device to DCR I get these errors (view attach) then I see that DCR server is down. I start DCR server but shortly is down again.

what happen?

Post the output of the pdshow command when this problem occurs. What version of DFM do you have?

Post the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log and the TomcatMonitor.log.

I have solved this problem. I have updated Campus Manager to 5.1.1 .

The customer told me they have a antivirus solution with features like: On-access-file

. I saw this may be related in other post.

The logs are not here. Yes, on-access AV scanning can disrupted some processes, but the errors I saw in the pdshow look to be unrelated to anti-virus.

Finally we removed .net and DCR process works fine now.
