appsupervisor page throws 404 error (no login) UCCX 7

When attempting to connect to:


system throws an apache tomcat error saying the requested resource is not available on UCCX v7.0

No reported bug on this. Appadmin and appuser pages display login correctly when they are hit. Appsupervisor link just throws an error immediately.

Anyone have any info on this?

Found the answer.

Turns out that the supervisors just log in on the appadmin page, and are directed to the supervisor appropriate menus.

Not sure why they changed this or broke backwards functionality.

You could just modify the IIS redirector to point to the /appadmin/ instead of /appsupervisor/ page as well, so you dont have to update your documentation or training to supervisors..

True, and that's something to keep in the back pocket. It just concerns me that something else might be at work that I might break if I do that.
