Cisco 3750 switch

We have two stacked 3750 switches that have been rebooting for several days. Is there a way to check which switch has been rebooting by checking the uptime? The show version only shows 1 uptime.

We need to make sure that we replace the bad switch.

Thanks.

Hello Richard,

try to use show switch.

However, be aware that the master if reloaded make all switches in the stack to reload.

So the uptimes could be equal if it is the master the one that reloads first.

see the following doc about troubleshooting stacks

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/troubleshooting/switch_stacks.html

Hope to help

Giuseppe

Thanks Giuseppe. The "show switch" shows both are ready.

We recently added the second switch. That's when the rebooting started happening. It could be the second switch. We can try to replace it and see what happens. Thanks for the link.
