Hi,

MPX is integrated to CUCM and below the credential policy

-CUCM PIN=never expired

-MPX usage configuration=default (locked out after 3 times fails)

-MPX user profile password come from CUCM PIN

My expectation is MPX user profile password never locked which is CUCM PIN's policy but it locked in MPX when I failed three times attemption.

why MPX user profile password not follow the CUCM PIN's credential policy and want to know whether a solution to single management.
