CRSEditor for UCCX 7.0 crashes in XP

Loaded the CRS Editor for UCCX 7 on Windows XP. Has continuous problems and crashes.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

I'm having the same problem. I'm ablr to login into the editor. But i often get an error if double click on the Variable pane.

It is a java error. The error:

java.lang.NullPointerException

Anyone found the solution

Actually, there is a bug identified for the Java error. I'm not sure if that is why this thread was opened in the first place though. The bug was identified in another thread. Bug ID: CSCso68954
