Dear All,

How will I check up the DSP modules installed status in cisco 7206 router.

How can i know whether those DSP modules are installed with

2 Channelized E1/PRI port(s) or in the chasis itself.

Thanks

Shibu

Hi Shibu,

You can try with show diag and show voice dsp commands.

Hope this helps you, if it does please rate.

Best regards,

- Adrián.

Dear Adrian,

Thanks for the quick reply. please find attached the output of those 2 command . can you tell me where the DSP modules are installed ?

The 7200 chassis does not support direct installation of DSP modules.

Consequently, these are installed in the PA, as the output of the commands is telling you.

Dear,

Thanks for the reply.

Is it PA - Chanalized E1 port.

Thanks

Shibu

'show voice dsp' should show you the DSPs on a platform.

You are responding to a 4 yeard old thread. The people involved have since then moved on.

Its still useful information Paolo, which is why they don't delete these threads.
