Hi Malik,

You will need to configure the pickup-group command under all your ephone-dns.

For example:

ephone-dn 1 dual-line

pickup-group 30

ephone-dn 2 dual-line

pickup-group 30

ephone-dn 3 dual-line

pickup-group 30

...

ephone-dn dual-line

pickup-group 30

Then you can pickup any call ringing at any phone from any other.

Hope it helps!

Best regards,

- Adrián.
