Delay in ringing the IP Phone.

CCM version :

System located in Datacentre.

IP phones and GW are available are in HQ . Latency response from DC to HQ is 10 ms.

Any incoming call through the gateway to the IP Phone the users are able to see the flash first and then it rings i.e, after 3 flashes it starts ringing.

PHones settings are defined as system default and no changes made.


any timer parameter needs to be modified?

when you phone rings you are basically streaming a .wav file from CUCM to the phone.

What sort of QoS have you set between the phones and CUCM, ?
