UT End Host report on Device Center

Hi,

We encountered a problem with Device Center particularly on its UT End Host report tool. We tried doing the report for the Cisco 4507 switch with 2 x 48 port modules installed. A total of 58 ports are set as access ports but the report only shows 50 entries. The other workstations can be seen when you go through the Campus Manager>User Tracking>Reports and do a Quick Report on the specific workstation you are looking for.

Is Device Center UT End host report has a limit of just 50 entries because we have another Cisco 4507 switch with 4 x 48 port modules and still there are just 50 entries.

Check the lower left-hand corner of the report. Is your "Rows per page" immediately above the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons defaulting to "50"? That's a pull-down menu, with a max of "1000".

I have already checked that and have set it to 1000 but still I only have 50 entries.

Any suggestions on what caused the problem?
