MoH Live Feed Volume Adjustment - CUCM 7.0

Hello,

We upgraded from CUCM 4.2 to CUCM 7.0 this weekend. The MoH Live feed we have coming in is very very loud now. (We are using the USB-MOH-AUDIO part.) I see there are volume adjustment buttons on the side but they don't seem to do any good. Is there any way to turn down the volume programmatically? I haven't seen any thing that allows configuration of the volume level.

Any ideas?

Eric,

I faced a similar problem when I moved to UCM 7. I was unable to adjust the volume from within UCM or using the USB Dongle. I ended up having to reduce the volume from the source (also a live feed). Sorry and hopefully someone else will be of more help

Thanks for the response. We're in the process of trying to put at POT in to turn the level down. We can't do it at the source as it feeds another system and the volume is already low for that system.
