Hi,
based on the pdf file, only 8.6(x) supports ssh v2 but here I have a switch software version 8.5(9) and it supports v1 and v2!?
then what was teh article saying?
it maybe that 8.6 and later don't support v1 at all as oppose to this 8.5(9) version that supports both v1 and v2!?
isn't it?
WS-C6513 Software, Version NmpSW: 8.5(9)

Catos release notes for 8.X code . Then just use the find function on your browser and search for SSH .

Use the feature navigator to choose:
Secure Shell Version 2 Server
The code available is:
8.3(1) to 8.7(2a) for CatOS
Requires: K9 or CVK9 Feature Set
Requires: 6500 Sup, Sup2, Sup32, Sup720

Secure Shell Version 2 Server ?
this means on any switch that i want to use ssh v2, I use this command? as long as I can see the mix mode for v1 and vb2 as I posted above.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Masood'
