I have a customer who we are setting up 10 different call flows using call handlers. He wants to know using the Unity if there is a way to route the calls by DNIS digits to a sales person. Is there any way this may be done without purchasing IVR on CCX.

Yes, it is quite a simple job done by custom scripts in the CUE.
