Hi
Can UCCX be installed remotely? Cisco Document clearly mentions not to use VNC/PCAnywhere/iLO/RDP, however for the CRS troubleshooting one of the methods mentioned is VNC.
Does using VNC for install, really have any impact?

You can safely use VNC for installation.

we used VNC to install UCCX on our test machine and it works fine.

I have done some installations/upgrades using VNC and it have never caused any problems for me...
