Solved: using remote gateway for route list

At site AAA I am trying to route long distance calls through my voice gateway at site BBB. I have the route list and route group configured to do this, but when I try to dial any long distance number form site AAA through site BBB the call fails. The call is allowed and routed correctly, but the router at site BBB gets the following error when I run a debug isdn q931

"Cause i = 0x82B9 - Bearer capability not presently authorized"

The same call at site BBB through site BBB works with no problem.

I am not sure what this means or what I need to do to correct this. Is this something with my carrier?

Not sure what is it but did you try to change your callerID to something from BBB site?

Yes, I eventually did that a few hours after my post and then the call works.

It seems my provider is blocking any outgoing call that does not have a callerid in site BBBs DID range.

I don't want to change my callerid though, so I am hoping they can change this.
