Good Morning,
I have an issue trying to implement load sharing between 2 routers with 2 links between them. i couldnt find a method to do this without using eigrp. Both links between the routers are using diferents interfaces typer E1 and Fe.
How could i do that?

What is the actual speed of the ethernet circuit ?

the speed of the ethernet is 50Mbps, and the other link is 6Mbps.
One interface is fastethernet and the another one is a 3xE1 bundle

The simple solution for load sharing over both links is to configure 2 static routes (it could be static default routes or could be static routes for certain networks/subnets) with a static route pointing at each of the outbound interfaces. This will put 2 routes for those destinations into the routing table and the result will be load sharing on both links.
Note that this implementation of load sharing will treat both links as equal. If you want load sharing that weights the sharing by the capacity of the link then the optimum solution is EIGRP with its support for unequal cost load share.

There is too much speed difference to load share on these circuits.
You will need to use the FE exclusively, and the E1 as backup.
You can also make so that certain destinations or applications use one or the other circuit, but I doubt this will give you any real advantage.
