Hi all,
We have a deployment of a UCCX 5.0(2) SR2 HA cluster.
The web interface for the first server is always unavailable. We restart the servers, the web interface works but after a few hours it fails again.
Does anyone face the same issue?

I am having the exact same problem. Have you found any resolution to this? It is driving me nuts.

No I did not found any solution.
It's always occuring only on the same Primary server.
After a restart, everything goes normal for a few days and then we have the same issue.
Could it be something related to the load on this server?
Did you open a TAC case?

Same exact thing here. I have a tac case open. If they resolve it I will post the solution.

I have confirmed with TAC that it is a bug and there is an engineering special to correct it. See this link: http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCsu22366
I was given special file access to the engineer special from the TAC engineer so you will have to open a TAC case to get the file. I will try over the weekend and let you know if it resolves the issues.
