I have Unity Connection 7 with a SIP integration to call manager and everything on my network configured to use G729. Unity Connection accepts calls and works fine for voice mail, but when it tries to transfer to an extension from the directory handler, it says "please wait while I transfer your call" and then it immediately plays the subscriber's mailbox greeting. I've checked and all of my subscribers are set to "Transfer to extension" and the transfer type is "transfer to switch". any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Robert, did you get this fixed - i have a similar issue?

I did. As I recall I had to check the require MTP box on the SIP trunk configuration in CUCM and reset the trunk.
