UCCX5 - CME4.2 Scripting : Consultative Transfert

Hi all,

We deployed UCCX5 with CME 4.2.

We created an IVR script and tried to use 'Call Consult Transfer' step to make a consultative transfer for the operator extension, but an error message appeared in Script Editor stating that Call Consult Transfer is not supported.

Is it only supported with Callmanager?

Does anyone know how can we make it?

The Consultative Transfer is supported if:

The transfer-system full-consult command (default) is set in telephony-service configuration mode.

The transfer-mode consult command (default) is set for the transferor's directory number (ephone-dn).

An idle line or channel is available for seizing, digit collection, and dialing.

Cisco Unified CME 4.3 and later versions enable these transfer enhancements by default.
