640 - 460 .... UC500 & CME questions

Hi Guys,

I'm preparing for CCNA Voice 640-460 exam and have 2 questions. One is realted to UC500 GUI configuration and the other one I think is related to CME configuration. I'm not sure if I can post them here.

The topology of the lab is attached.

the particular question that I have diffeculty with is:

Configure Hunt group so that all incoming PSTN calls always go to extension 3300. If extension 3300 is not available, route the calls to extension 4400. If both extensions are busy or not available then send the call to voicemail.

This is easily doable with CCA 1.9. Please refer to the latestt SBCS 1.4 First Look Lab Guide for instructions on how to configure Hunt Groups and related features:
