Our company is getting to the point where it would like to build more complex IVR scripts to provide for better caller experiences. Does anyone know if there is any specialized training class that just deals with how to use the Cisco CRS editor to build a variety of different scripts that do different things with regards to voice call handling, email, http contact handling, etc. I see that most training classes offers this as a subset of a training course but I haven't seen a training class specfic to the crs editor and its functionality.
