CRS Admin document display incorrect

We have recently deployed two UCCX servers in HA for a customer. We have a strange problem with the upload of documents.

In CRS Admin, under Document Management, we have many subfolders under the Default folder where we upload hoursofoperation.xml for the queues. Each subfolder is created for each CSQ.

When I upload an xml file into 1 specific folder on the publisher, I see the following happen:

1] All subfolders (including the subfolder I uploaded on) in the PUB and SUB show the new uploaded xml file.

2] Windows Explorer in PUB & SUB

- reflects the new uploaded xml in the subfolder I uploaded only (which is expected)

- all other subfolders are unchanged (which is expected)

So it looks like the UCCX are synch'ing fine. But the CRS Admin page is not requesting the right info server.

Has anyone seen this problem before?
