Sample illustration:
DID number = 89236759
site + ext no = 370 759
We are using prefix 9 for outside calls. If someone dials 9 89236759, we still want it to go thru PSTN. But if someone dials 89236759 (without outside call prefix 9), is there a way for CCM to recognize this as internal call and convert it automatically as 370 759?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi,
We can do this, let me know how many digits you used for internal extension .
for doing this you need to know how many digits that service provider sending to you, you can check this on the gateway using debug q931 and according to that create translation pattern on the CCM.
example.
if you receiving 236759, configure translation pattern like this.
Translation Pattern :236759
called party transform mask:370 759
Route Option : route this pattern
and configure related CSS and PT.

Hi, thanks for your prompt reply. pls refer to below numbering structure with sample info:
DID number = 89236759 (8 digits)
site code = 370 (3 digits)
ext number = 759 (3 digits)
The last 3 digits may change depending on the extension number called. Instead of translation pattern, can i just use a route pattern? or should i create both a translation pattern and a route pattern for this to work?
