Problem with Network analysis module web interface

hi all,

i have installed NAM-2 modules on a 6509 chassis switch but the problem is am not able to open the NAM traffic analyzer GUI web page even after i have configured all the ip parameter and enabled the HTTP and HTTPS .

please anyone with the idea on what am supposed to do?

Are you getting an error when trying to access the GUI?

Can you ping the IP address from your client?
