Hi,
We have recently deployed Cisco Unity 5.0.
Our help desk get a lot of calls from users who forget their voicemail passwords and ask for a password reset.
Everytime, the helpdesk has to call the Unity Administrator to reset the voicemail password.
Is there any way to allow restricted access (like CCM MLA) to the Unity admin pages for the help desk so that they get access only to reset the voicemail passwords and no other access to the Unity administration.
Please share your thoughts on this.
Cheers,
Bala.

set up a COS that mimics main subscriber COS - except it also allows for Unity password change/reset.
You can give access to only two items, 'Cisco Unity Administrator application access' and 'Can unlock subscriber accounts and change passwords.
