ADSL Link Down at 2811 Router

Hi,

We have 2811-IOS 12.4 (13) T with HWIC-ADSL-1 card. Whenever we terminate the ISP RJ-11 cable to router ADSL port, it shows down. But if i remove it & put into ISP modem it comes up & i am able to access Internet as well.

Any help would be appreciated.
