We have just recieved our UC500 (48 user, 6 BRI), CE520, Wirless Controller, Access Points and Phones (7962g). We changed the default IP address on the UC 500 from 192.168.10.1 to 192.168.0.3 and deleted the DHCP settings as we have a DHCP server, we also gave the 2 switches the follwoing IP addresses 192.168.0.8 and 192.168.0.9 (Note: will also have a HP Procure G Switch with the IP address 192.168.0.10). When connected to our network everything works fine (Phones, Shared Folders, Remote Desktop, Recieving\Making calls ext.) except our internet connection. When the UC500 is connected to the network there is no internet connection. We have tried configuring the internet router to work through the WAN port on the UC500 and tried to get the internet working by plugging it directly into the CE520. When the UC500 is unplugged the internet works fine as soon as we connect it we are unable to connect to the internet, in fact we cannot even ping the internet router. Has anyone ever had this problem or does anyone know what we can do to rosolve it?
