Outbound problem with cash size

Hi,

I have a customer who has the problem with outbound campaign.

He has an outbound campaign and he import 1000 numbers. The parameter "Contact Records Cache Size" is set to 100. He has 20 agents and they all work at the same time.

In one moment, in the cache of that outbound campaign remain 5 numbers, and 5 agents, let say, talk with them, and the other agents do nothing. They are inefficient and unproductive!

So, the system waits these 5 agents to finish their calls and then remove that numbers from cash and put other 100 numbers to cash. So, is it possible, when one number (contact) is finished to put another in cash, and have always 100 numbers in cash? Then the agents will always get offer to call and they will not have an idle time.

I have a problem believing it works as you describe. Are you referring to Enterprise or Express?
