We have a residential customer who would like to have the contacts he places in his personal outlook (not exchange based) to sync to each of the phones throughout the residence so that he has a "cell phone" experience of being able to scroll through contacts anywhere.

Any ideas on how to acheive this?  It needs to be a fairly automatic process with little intervention since the end-user is non-technical.
