If I upgrade the IOS on the master switch do I need to reboot the other switches in the stack?

Yes and you need to copy the new IOS image to each switch. You can run different minor versions, but not major. Here's a link for step-by-step instructions if you need it.

Hope that helps.

If you use 'archive download-sw...' command (you'll need the .tar image for Cat3750) then it will AUTOMATICALLY upgrade ALL switches in your stack.

After having verified that the image has been correctly installed in all switches in the stack by using the 'dir all-filesystems' and checking that the right image is in all flash devices (flash: for master; flash2: for switch 2 in the stack and so on), then you give the switch stack a reload command and all switches in the stack will reload.

HTH.
