Hi, I am going to add a new MOH wav file to our CUCM but have only done this on the windows 4.1. I am assuming that I can just browse to a shared drive where the file is stored and download it?
Thanks
Simon

The only difference is you upload the file via GUI
Music On Hold

HTH
java

would I need to change the sequence number in service parameters to match? At the moment it is set to 1 but I assume the new file will be listed as 2 unless I delete the old file. I do not want to delete anything in case there is a problem with the file. However from my reading I assume it will be safe to delete the audio source stream file and it will be still be available in the audio file list?

Hi Java
I managed to upload the new moh wav file but it returns an error so I have posted a new issue with the title
Error after uploading new MOH wav file CUCM 5.1
Any ideas?
Thanks
