No. Unconnected devices are devices which do not have CDP neighbors to other devices managed by Campus Manager. In order to get these devices to show up in the layer 2 view, you must make sure that CDP is running between those devices, and other Campus Manager-managed devices. Once that is working, run a new Campus Manager Data Collection, and the devices should show up correctly in the layer 2 view.
