Will the SPA525G phone support the iLBC codec in the future?

I know that the Cisco 7906G, 7911G, 7942G, 7945G, 7962G, 7965G, and 7975G phones and Cisco IP Communicator 7.0 and later all support the iLBC codec on the UC520 with CME 7.0 or later. I know the SPA525G phone supports G.711, G.729, G.726, G.723, and G.722.

Will the SPA525G support iLBC in the future?

iLBC is on the roadmap for the SPA525G, but not committed at this point. We do not have an estimate on when it will be incorporated.
