Phones at the same partition

Hi, i have a trouble, at CUCM has two phones in the same partition with the same CSS, but i just only can call to one phone, i have reset the line, the phone, uninstall the phone and reinstalled it again. anyone can help me please.

That's really not clear.

Is this a shared line?

Are the 2 DNs the same but on different partitions?

CUCM version?

If they're something like

1111 PT_1

1111 PT_2

It's expected you can only call one of them, CUCM will call the 1st one in the CSS when it comes to the order of the partitions

If not, provide more details.

thanks for your answer, i'll give more details...

i have two phones, with diferent lines

22100 - Phone 1

22200 - Phone 2

This lines, are at the same partition and the same Calling Search Space, but when i call to 22100 the call completes, but when i call to 22200 i returns a sound of busy... What can i do?

Try deleting the DN and recreating it, make sure there is nothing else you could match in the unassigned DNs
