Is there any way from the console of the 3548xl to tell if the device connected to a particular port is speed/duplex mismatched?
All the ports on the switch are set to 100/Full and I want to ensure all the desktops are as well.

CRC errors are usually an indication of a mismatch.
show interface | i CRC
You can also see what devices are running at half duplex.
show interface | i half
