TTS requirements for UCCX

Hi,

I will like to integrate some TTS functionality on UCCX 7 Premium. The sentences includes Today's date, Currency, and pricing.

Do I need to get Nuance Vocalizer to integrate with UCCX?

Generated Prompts cover many of these common scenarios. From a predefined set of WAV files, CRS stitches together the files to build a voice response, similar to TTS.

In CVP, the VXML Studio Application has a similar feature called "Say It Smart".

I suggest you see if the complete set of Generated Prompts satisfy your requirements.
